Please use the booking form below to schedule your appointment with Dr Ellie Sateei.
Select a location (Sevenoaks, Kent or London) and then select which type of appointment to book.
If you are a new patient, please choose 'Initial Consultation'.
An initial consultation fee of £195 is payable upon booking. If you receive any treatment on the day of your appointment, this fee will be deducted from your treatment cost.
If you are an existing patient, please choose the type of appointment required.
A £95 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from any treatments you receive at your appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. To reschedule, simply click on the link provided in your appointment confirmation email and select 'View or Change My Appointment.' From there, you can choose a new date and time that is convenient for you.
In the event of cancellation, we do not offer refunds. However, the funds paid can be converted into a credit. This credit has no expiry date and can be used for future appointments or treatments.
Please note that we do not accept American Express (Amex) cards as a payment method for appointments and treatments.
Referral Reward: As a token of our gratitude, we’re delighted to offer a referral reward scheme for our patients. When you refer a friend or family member who books and attends a treatment with Dr Ellie, you will receive £75 off your next treatment as a thank you. There is no limit, every new patient you introduce earns you an additional £75 credit towards future treatments.
