APPOINTMENT BOOKING, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are a new patient, please choose 'Initial Consultation'.
An initial consultation fee of £195 is payable upon booking. If you receive any treatment on the day of your appointment, this fee will be deducted from your treatment cost.
If you are an existing patient, please choose the type of appointment required.
A £95 deposit is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from any treatments you receive at your appointment.
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. To reschedule, simply click on the link provided in your appointment confirmation email and select 'View or Change My Appointment.' From there, you can choose a new date and time that is convenient for you.
In the event of cancellation, we do not offer refunds. However, the funds paid can be converted into a credit. This credit has no expiry date and can be used for future appointments or treatments. Please note that we do not offer refunds on gift vouchers.
American Express (Amex) cards are not accepted as a payment method for appointments and treatments.
CONSENT FORMS
Please note, upon arrival for every appointment at our clinics, you will be required to complete and sign a consent form.

Please note that listed prices on printed and online materials are intended as a guide and should be confirmed at the time of the consultation itself.
ANTI-WRINKLE TREATMENTS
Our treatments are tailored to your unique requirements. If necessary, modifications can be made. Review appointments are available only within 2 weeks after your initial treatment.
COMPLICATIONS
All procedures and products carry risks both for expected adverse effects and true complications which you have consented to. Some people may be at greater risk of complications. All our patients are requested to contact us directly as soon as possible should they experience any adverse effects and/or complications, and we shall offer you the next available appointment for your review, photography, and strategy formulation. Should a complication be more serious, and you wish to treat it yourself through the NHS or privately, please inform us of your decision. Should we also feel that you may need to be seen by the NHS, we may be able to support with recommendations and arrangements within the NHS, or if you wish privately, then this shall be at your own cost.
Please note that we do not offer a refund or transfer of payment in the event of any side effect (including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, itching, tenderness) or rare complications (including but not limited to hypo/hyperpigmentation, infection, allergy, tissue injury, nerve injury, vascular injury, necrosis, scarring, etc).

At Dr Ellie Aesthetics, we strive to provide the highest quality service for our patients. However, we understand that there may be times when we do not meet your expectations.
What Constitutes a Complaint?
A complaint is any communication involving goods or services that requires an investigation and a formal response. If you have any complaints or concerns about the service you have received at our clinic, you are entitled to ask for an explanation.

How to Make Your Complaint

What Happens Next?
Your complaint will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt. We aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. During this time, we will conduct an investigation to determine what happened and whether any action is needed to rectify the situation. If our investigation extends beyond 20 days, we will keep you informed of our progress.

Getting Further Help with Your Complaint

LIABILITY
Prior to any treatment, it is the patient’s responsibility to provide us with all relevant medical information. Dr Ellie Sateei will not be liable for any damage that occurs due to the patient’s failure to disclose all information.
Prior to and after all treatments, it is the patient’s responsibility to fully comply with all instructions/information/guidance provided to them by Dr Ellie Sateei regarding the care required.
Dr Ellie Sateei, and her team will not be liable in contract or otherwise for any economic/financial loss or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with its provision of any goods and/or services to the patient.
SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, then such Term or Condition shall be severed, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
